TERMS OF SERVICE — SIDESUS

1. WHO WE ARE
SideSus is a sole trader based in the UK. Contact: hello@sidesus.com.
2. WHAT SIDESUS DOES
You describe an idea, and we research the live web to show you what already exists that's similar — competitors, rough prices, and where there may be a gap. It's a research tool to help you look before you build.
3. IMPORTANT — WHAT OUR REPORTS ARE (AND AREN'T)
- Reports are for information only. They are a best-effort snapshot based on public web sources at the time of your search, gathered using automated tools and AI.
- Reports may be incomplete or contain errors. Some sources block access or hide data, and we may not find every competitor. Absence of a result does NOT mean an idea is original, unclaimed, or free of competitors.
- "No strong match found" only means we didn't find one — it is not proof your idea is new, and it is never a promise that it will succeed.
- Nothing in a report is business, financial, legal, investment or professional advice. Any decision you make based on it is your own, and we recommend doing your own further research.
4. FREE AND PAID REPORTS
Some features are free. The full in-depth report is a one-off purchase of £9.99, delivered to you by email and/or a private link. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we don't store your card details.
5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Because the paid report is digital content delivered to you straight away, by buying it you ask us to provide it immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once it has been delivered. This means we generally can't offer a refund after a report has been sent.
This does not affect your legal rights: if a report is faulty, not as described, or not delivered, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — contact us at hello@sidesus.com and we'll put it right. We may also offer a goodwill refund at our discretion.
6. YOUR IDEAS
Your ideas stay yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you submit, and we keep your ideas private as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for making sure your idea and its use are lawful.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
Please don't: submit illegal, harmful, hateful or abusive content; use the service to break the law; scrape, resell or automate access to SideSus; or try to overload or interfere with the site. We may limit or block use that breaks these rules.
8. OUR CONTENT AND YOURS
The SideSus site, brand and report format belong to us. You're welcome to use the reports you generate for your own purposes, but please don't republish or resell SideSus reports commercially without our permission.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Reports link to third-party websites (competitors, sources). We don't control or endorse those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
10. AVAILABILITY
We provide the service "as is" and "as available." We may change, pause or withdraw features, and we don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.
11. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Subject to that, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions you make based on a report, and our total liability to you for any paid report is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12. CHANGES
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the current version.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. [Adjust if you're in Scotland or Northern Ireland.]
